SCENARIO

Scenarios and massings were constructed to better understand the possibilities of the app while it’s still in development. It could be imagined that over the course of time, users will draw and create their objects and leave them in place, reevaluating the designated empty lots within the several sites. Over the course of collaboration and time, it could also be imagined that these sites will develop and iterate themselves to become new possibilities. As the scenario was being constructed, several important questions came into consideration. For example, how will the app distinguish the ownership and autonomy of the individual objects created by separate users. How will the user experience dictate or allow collaboration between users who are at the site at the same time? Additionally, how will certain aspects of design be considered regarding how the created objects respect the site (like zoning requirements, for instance)? Or how does it not? Should users be allowed to play with those restrictions?
